Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2018, vol. 322, issue C, 151-153

Abstract: Network structures have many applications in biological, information theory, physical and social sciences. Research on network measurements is more and more important recently. A number of topological indices have been studied as descriptors of complex networks. The Wiener polarity index has been introduced for a long time and known to be related to the cluster coefficient of networks. In this paper, we study the Wiener polarity index of dendrimers, which has many applications in other fields.
