Faster isogeny computation on twisted Hessian curves

Abstract: Isogenies between elliptic curves have been the subject of recent study due to their significance in the post quantum cryptosystem based on isogeny. Various methods for faster isogeny computation have been proposed on different elliptic curve models. In this paper, we generalize a w-coordinate system to twisted Hessian curves. Based on the w-coordinate system, the computation of scalar multiplication and isogeny on twisted Hessian curves could be notably simplified.
