Applied Mathematics and Computation, 2025, vol. 500, issue C

Abstract: Using the O'Nan-Scott Theorem for classifying the primitive permutation group, the classification problem of 3-design is discussed. And the block-transitive and point-primitive automorphism groups of a 3-(v,k,2) designs is reduced to affine type and almost simple type.
