Control of photovoltaic dynamic energy stores

Abstract:
A novel electronic design has been developed around an electromechanical energy conversion device to augment the flywheel influence for storing the electrical energy available from a photovoltaic array. Feedback circuits are utilized for generating artificial inertia characteristics.
