Abstract:
This paper describes a mathematical model of a solar regenerator, which could be used in either an open-cycle desiccant-cooling system or an open-cycle absorption-cooling system. The model has been validated by experimental data from the published literature. The effects of the variation of the values of various parameters on the performance of the regenerator has also been analysed.
