Applied Energy, 1989, vol. 34, issue 4, 317-322

Abstract: The apparent interfacial thermal resistances of a bolted-joint contact between a brass transistor flange and either a copper or a duralumin heat-sink have been measured experimentally. The contact with the copper sink incurred the lesser resistance.
