Synchronous adjustment framework for the integrated hydrogen network and production system: A concurrent optimization strategy of the system based on multi-model ensemble method

Abstract:
The hydrogen network plays an important role in maintaining the stable production of the refinery. However, the disconnected hydrogen network and production system has led to a shortfall of hydrogen to meet the product yield and hydrogen demand. Strategies for integrating two systems would need to be carefully investigated. In this work, the integrated hydrogen sources and sinks have been characterized with a synergistic model based on the automatic machine learning method. Besides, a synchronous adjustment framework for the hydrogen network and production system has been achieved based on a multi-objective integrated optimization method. The results show that the balance of hydrogen demand and product yield could be improved. Hydrogen purchased has been 1.8% lower than the separated model. Under the same hydrogen budget, the profit could be increased by 3.5%.
