Applied Energy, 1979, vol. 5, issue 4, 262 pages
Abstract:
A review is presented of the physical processes responsible for spectral selectivity in solar absorber coatings. Examples of practical coatings which have found common usage in solar heating systems are surveyed. The durability requirements of coatings are assessed and a summary of techniques of surface analysis is given.
