Economic reassessment of energy technologies with risk-management techniques

Abstract:
A new approach for the reassessment of modern energy technologies is discussed. This mainly addresses renewable-energy systems, like photovoltaics or wind converters. A new number called the "Marginal Energy Risk Price (MERP) for Hedging" is introduced.
