Turbulence as a complex mechanical-system

Abstract: This paper intends to present a brief but still precise account of turbulence as a complex system. It is tried to clarify the complexitiy of turbulence in terms of the deterministic randomness of turbulence and the continuity and dissipativity of the fluid.
