A performance index for thermostatic radiator valves

P. Weker and J. M. Mineur

Applied Energy, 1980, vol. 6, issue 3, 203-215

Abstract: A performance index for thermostatic radiator valves has been derived from standard equations defining the heating process in a system. The application of the index is discussed with respect to practical situations. Use of the method described enables an estimate of the expected performance of thermostatic radiator valves to be made.
