Abstract:
Time-dependent compressible flow of viscous fluid with temperature dependent density, thermal conductivity and viscosity is considered. The motion in fluid is generated due to periodic oscillations of rotating disk. The normalized system of partial differential equations is achieved by adopting similarity transformations. The obtained system is then solved numerically using Successive over Relaxation (SOR) method and finite difference schemes. The local similar solutions are presented. One-dimensional graphs, two-dimensional contours and three-dimensional flow phenomenon are drawn graphically. Tabular description of various physical parameters is also presented.
