Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2021, vol. 143, issue C

Abstract: This paper is dedicated to the experimental study of learning properties of systems, based on polyaniline (PANI) memristive devices. Signals with different forms, amplitudes, frequencies have been used as external stimuli and it has been demonstrated their different influence over memristive device conductance. According to the obtained results, pulse width modulation seems the most adequate method for the implementation of neuromorphic circuits.
