Abstract:
The paper aims to quantitatively study the influence of parameters on the spreading speeds of cellular neural networks model with time delay. We first show the continuity of the spreading speeds with respect to parameters. Next, we present the criterion to determine the sign of the spreading speeds and analyze the effect of time delay. We also maximize the sum of the rightward and leftward spreading speeds. At last, we compute the spreading speeds numerically to further investigate the impact of parameters.
