Abstract:
The local stability and bifurcation of a circus truss antenna under the influence of the thermal excitation are considered using both analytical and numerical methods. On the basis of the obtained four-dimensional averaged equation with 1:2 internal resonance, a kind of eigenvalues of the bifurcation response equation is investigated. By take advantage of the central manifold theory, nonlinear transformation and Routh-Hurwitz criterion, the stable conditions of the equilibrium points are obtained. Finally, the numerical simulations obtained by Runge-Kutta method illustrated the theoretical analysis results.
