Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2022, vol. 165, issue P2

Abstract: In this paper, we study the discrete time-fractional glycolysis model using the Caputo fractional derivative. The discrete time-fractional glycolysis model is obtained using El-Sayed and Salman’s method. The existence and uniqueness of this system are proved. The stability and bifurcation analysis of the fixed points of the discrete system is carried out with details. The theoretical results are then complemented with numerical examples.
