Abstract: In this paper, the propagation properties of the Airy derivative beam array with an optical vortex are numerically investigated, and the autofocusing property and radiation force are mainly discussed. The results demonstrate that the focal intensity can be enhanced by the number of beams and the derivative order. The larger topological charge leads to decreased focal intensity, and the focusing distance becomes longer for the source parameters. The radiation force is presented to analyze the particle trapping ability under different source parameters, and the topological charge and the beam center offset significantly influence the particle trapping property such as the trapping position. Our results provide insight into the Airy derivative beam array with an optical vortex and broaden their potential applications in optical controlling and optical trapping.
