Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effects of time delays and delay excitations on the dynamics of stochastic delay rotor system. Firstly, a stochastic delay Jeffcott rotor model with seal delay excitation and elastic support delay excitation is established based on the practical engineering background. Then, the stochastic delay rotor system is reduced to the one-dimensional average Itoˆ differential equation by perturbation method and central manifold method. And the rotor system exhibits local instability while maintaining global stability. Subsequently, stochastic P-Bifurcations with differing delays are derived through the integration of the stationary probability density function. Finally, the accuracy of theoretical analysis is confirmed through numerical simulation, and the vibration response of rotor disk is examined under various delayed excitations and noise disturbances. The results indicate that appropriate noise and time delays can diminish the range of unstable rotational speeds. This study lays a foundation for stochastic delay rotor dynamics and provides a new research idea for the study of more complex rotor system.
