Abstract:
This paper took the Hodgkin–Huxley model in muscles as object and studied its dynamical performance as well as Hopf bifurcation phenomenon with the variation of leakage conductance gl. The algebra criterion in high-dimension equations was employed to perform the analysis of single parameter dynamical bifurcation. The results were biologically significant and suggested that the aberration of dynamics in bio-systems should account for some physiological diseases.
