El Naschie’s space–time and gravitational instanton in Weyl–Dirac theory

Abstract:
It is shown that the gravitational instanton becomes source of energy-momentum tensor in the Weyl–Dirac hydrodynamical model. For null fluctuating mass in ϕ, ϕ2, ϕ3, ϕ4 Cantorian sequences this tensor has a fractal structure.
