Further results on delay-dependent robust stability of uncertain fuzzy systems with time-varying delay

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2006, vol. 28, issue 2, 422-427

Abstract: The asymptotic stability problem for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-varying delay and parameter uncertainties is considered. Delay-dependent criterion is proposed to guarantee the asymptotic stability of the uncertain fuzzy systems. The result of [Li C, Wang H, Liao X. Delay-dependent robust stability of uncertain fuzzy systems with time-varying delays. IEE Proc Control Theory Appl 2004;151:417–21] is extended to more general case. Numerical example is provided to show that the obtained results significantly improve the allowed upper bounds of delay size over some existing ones in the literature.
