A polynomial expansion method and its application in the coupled Zakharov–Kuznetsov equations

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2006, vol. 29, issue 2, 365-371

Abstract: A polynomial expansion method is presented to solve nonlinear evolution equations. Applying this method, the coupled Zakharov–Kuznetsov equations in fluid system are studied and many exact travelling wave solutions are obtained. These solutions include solitary wave solutions, periodic solutions and rational type solutions.
