Homoclinic orbits for perturbed coupled nonlinear Schrödinger equations

Ranchao Wu and Jianhua Sun

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2006, vol. 29, issue 2, 423-430

Abstract: In this paper, the existence of persistent homoclinic orbits for singularly perturbed coupled NLS equations under even periodic boundary conditions is studied. By Melnikov analysis, the persistence of homoclinic orbits is established. Moreover, chaos is induced under generic conditions.
