Stabilization for uncertain Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-varying delays and bounded uncertainties

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2007, vol. 32, issue 2, 645-652

Abstract: Robust stabilization problem for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-varying state and input delays is considered. LMI-based delay-dependent stabilizability criteria are proposed to guarantee the asymptotic stabilization of a class of fuzzy systems with bounded nonlinear uncertainties. Linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is based on convex optimization and can be solved directly by LMI toolbox of Matlab. From the simulation results, significant improvement over the recent results can be observed.
