Multivalued fractals and generalized multivalued contractions

Cristian Chifu and Adrian Petruşel

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2008, vol. 36, issue 2, 203-210

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to report old and new results in the theory of multivalued fractals. We show that the dynamics of an iterated multifunctions system are given by the dynamics of a unique suitable operator. Moreover, some topological properties of the fixed point set of a multivalued operator can be obtained from the properties of the multivalued fractal.
