Recurrence quantification analysis in Liu’s attractor

Francisco Balibrea, M. Victoria Caballero and Lourdes Molera

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2008, vol. 36, issue 3, 664-670

Abstract: Recurrence Quantification Analysis is used to detect transitions chaos to periodical states or chaos to chaos in a new dynamical system proposed by Liu et al. This system contains a control parameter in the second equation and was originally introduced to investigate the forming mechanism of the compound structure of the chaotic attractor which exists when the control parameter is zero.
