Robust fuzzy control of nonlinear systems with input delay

Bing Chen, Xiaoping Liu and Shaocheng Tong

Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2008, vol. 37, issue 3, 894-901

Abstract: This paper discusses the stabilization problem for nonlinear systems with input delay through Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model approach. The input delay is assumed to be constant and unknown. Delay-dependent stabilization conditions are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). An illustrative example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
