Abstract:
This paper aims at three goals: The first one is to reveal the geometric conditions for designing fractal super carbon nanotubes with strict self-similarities. The second one is to make clear the fractal dimensions of fractal super carbon nanotubes with zigzag topology and armchair topology, respectively. The third one is to explore the possible technique for manufacturing macro-scale super carbon tubes on the basis of fractal characteristics.
