On quarks confinement and asymptotic freedom

Abstract: We review briefly previous works on quarks confinement and asymptotic freedom. Subsequently we introduce the magnetic monopole pair inverse coupling (α¯mm/2)=16+k in analogy to the Cooper pairs electromagnetic inverse fine structure constant α¯0/2=68.54101965.
