Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, 2009, vol. 41, issue 3, 1167-1173

Abstract: The operation of an externally triggered single transistor chaotic circuit powered by a sinusoidal voltage is simulated and the influence of such a varying power supply is examined with respect to the presence of chaos. In particular, we study the correlation between the emitter and collector chaotic voltage time series and apply the nearest neighbor algorithm in order to predict the emitter voltage time series from the reconstruction of its attractor based on finding the number of nearest neighbor’s of collector’s voltage time series for the same time interval.
