Complexified quantum field theory and “mass without mass” from multidimensional fractional actionlike variational approach with dynamical fractional exponents

Abstract: Multidimensional fractional actionlike variational problem with time-dependent dynamical fractional exponents is constructed. Fractional Euler–Lagrange equations are derived and discussed in some details. The results obtained are used to explore some novel aspects of fractional quantum field theory where many interesting consequences are revealed, in particular the complexification of quantum field theory, in particular Dirac operators and the novel notion of “mass without mass”.
