A feedback control perspective on models of apoptosis signal transduction

Abstract: Apoptosis is a key regulator for replacing unused, old and damaged cells. Here we analyse three models of apoptosis. We deconstruct these models by linearising the models about the life steady state and applying methods from linear control theory.
