Abstract:
We develop a new model of multicriterial decision analysis with a hierarchical criteria structure. The suggested methodology is based on a rigorously defined specification of qualitative and quantitative importance of criteria of all levels of the hierarchy, and enables the comparison of decision alternatives for different types of criteria scale.
