Abstract:
Brunei has a concession system amended most recently in 1982 to allow up to 50% Brunei government participation in offshore oil ventures. Concessionaires include Brunei Shell Petroleum and Jasra-Jackson. Offshore oil fields include part of the Seria field, Southwest Ampa, Champion, Magpie, Fairley, and Fairley Baram.
