Energy futures and the Pacific Basin

Abstract: Energy futures trading has grown rapidly. Already used extensively in Europe and North America, energy futures markets may one day also serve Asia, most likely through the creation of new markets in Singapore. These markets are certain to grow in size and diversity over the next few years.
