Non-equilibrium thermodynamics in thermal engineering

Abstract:
We describe energy-transfer processes in thermal engineering by the equations of non-equilibrium thermodynamics. Deviations from equilibrium are assumed to be small in order to conserve the ordinary meaning of the term temperature. An important special case involves strictly stationary flow.
