An updated shadow price for CO2

Abstract: In a previous paper, we presented a model for calculating the shadow price of CO2. In this paper, we present a substantial revision to obtain an improved representation for the assumed linearity of the damages with atmospheric CO2 levels and to incorporate an adjustment period for reaching thermal equilibrium in the atmosphere.
