Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to provide an assessment of the state-of-the-art technologies that can be used for monitoring and evaluating demand-side management (DSM) programs. Additionally, we point out research, development, and demonstration projects where implementation can contribute to a more accurate and cost-effective evaluation of the performance of end-use technologies.
