Photoelectrochemical processes: The prevention of competitive anodic dissolution of the photon absorber in hydrogen production

J.o'M. Bockris and K. Uosaki

Energy, 1976, vol. 1, issue 1, 95-96

Abstract: A thin film of TiO2 was produced on a CdS single crystal. The photocurrent was measured on exposure to monochromatic radiation. The light-conversion efficiency was found to be about four times greater than for a TiO2 single crystal.
