Abstract: I should like to testify about three separate topics: 1.(1) the safety of light water reactors in view of the study by the American Physical Society (APS) which modified the Rasmussen Report,2.(2) the safety of fast breeders and3.(3) the effect of a possible nuclear moratorium on reactor safety.
