Information system for monitoring and targeting (M&T) of energy consumption in breweries

Abstract: We describe a computerised M&T system developed for the Bulgarian brewery Sofiysco Pivo ranking second in the local market. It allows monitoring of electricity, oil for steam and water consumption.
