A revisited model for the physical quality of life (PQL) as a function of electrical energy consumption

Abstract: The mathematical model for the PQL as a function of kWh/cap, as well as Martin's estimated PQL index, have been revisited and evaluated as socio–economic development indicators. Good agreement was found between the results from the mathematical model and Martin's estimates.
