Energy analysis of Jordan's urban residential sector

Abstract: This paper presents some insights into Jordan's energy consumption in the urban residential sector. Eighteen percent of the country's total energy is consumed by the residential sector, which constitutes 84% of the country's residential energy consumption. Diesel fuel, bottled LPG, kerosene, and electricity are the main sources of energy in the urban residential sector.
