Abstract:
An innovative polygeneration system based on the gasification of heavy fuel oil including Orimulsion, Mazut, and Asphaltene has been proposed. In this system, electricity, hot water, cooling, hydrogen, fresh water, and nitrogen are produced in an innovative way to improve the system. In this regard, the integration of an Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle-Organic Rankine Cycle- Ejectero Refrigeration Cycle-Solid Oxide Fuel Cell-Adsorbation Deselination-Polyer Electron Electrolyzer has been proposed. The proposed system was investigated from the points of view of energy, exergy, exergoeconomic, and exergoenvironmental. In addition, to model the air separation unit, machine learning techniques have been employed.
