Abstract:
Using sheet fibers as a novel plugging material can significantly enhance fractures plugging effectiveness, presenting promising applications in the field. However, the flow characteristics of the fibers and particles within rough fractures as well as the microscopic bridging and plugging mechanisms remain unclear.
