Abstract:
To reveal the outlet temperature and emission performance of the aeroengine combustor, experimental measurements were conducted under three operating conditions. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional outlet temperature distributions were obtained using tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. Comprehensive outlet component concentrations were acquired through gas analysis technology and synchrotron vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry (SVUV PIMS) technology. The outlet distribution of soot volume fraction (SVF) was captured using laser-induced incandescence (LII) technology. The results indicate that under normal temperature and pressure, the outlet temperature distribution of the combustor is relatively unsatisfactory. However, by adjusting the inflowing parameters, the outlet temperature uniformity is significantly improved in the idle state. In the design point modulation state, the distribution of temperature is improved. The outlet NOx increases with the enhancement of inlet flow parameters. The three typical operating conditions exhibit excellent soot emission performance, the smokenumber (SN) measured using gas analysis technology is below 3, and the SVF measured by LII is only 0.02 ppb to 0.16 ppb. Within a certain pressure range, the SVF increases with rising pressure, and the rate of increase in SVF also gradually accelerates. The above research has great reference value for the optimal design of combustor performance.
