Life-cycle costing for consumers of energy-conserving devices

Abstract: We derive general relations for life-cycle costs and savings associated with energy-conserving devices for consumers. These are applied for parametric evaluation of the efficacy of retro-fitting ceiling insulation in San Diego County.
