The finnish energy policy programme

Abstract: The Council of State of Finland approved the energy policy programme described in this paper on 15 March 1979. The programme forms the basis for the energy policy to be pursued in Finland in the near future. The programme was drafted by the parliamentary Energy Policy Council which was unamimous on the contents of its proposal.
