Abstract:
An outline of the activities of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) is given in this report. It describes the integrated efforts of the region to solve the problems brought forth by the energy crisis of the last decade. The Organization is structured around four programme areas which are directed towards the objectives stated in the Lima Agreement and the Pronouncement of San Jose, reproduced as Appendices I and II to this report.
