Abstract: The Pitt Public Health evaluation team used a mixed-methods, community-based participatory research method of concept mapping to evaluate factors affecting the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) opioid overdose surveillance and prevention project outcomes for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
